The origins of the band After The Fire date back to the early 1970's. In 1978 they recorded the critically acclaimed Signs Of Change. A change in musical direction and signing by CBS led to three more successful albums, Laser Love, 80-F and Batteries Not Included, as well as several charting singles and over 300 live performances ending with a show at the Dominion Theatre in London in December 1982.
